⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have a 2005 Mustang convertible that needed a new top, and after calling several places and comparing prices, I decided to go with NY Auto Upholstery. I’m so glad I did! Rafael gave me a great price and was extremely accommodating from the start. He had to order the new top, which took about two weeks, and even offered to store my car at his shop while we waited. Once the top arrived, his communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The installation came out fantastic. This is actually the second replacement top I’ve had on this car over the years, and this was by far the best result. The workmanship and attention to detail really show. It may not be a large shop, but that’s part of what I appreciated—Rafael gives his customers and their cars personal attention. Great price, great service, and most importantly, a great outcome. I’m extremely happy with my new convertible top and would highly recommend NY Auto Upholstery to anyone looking to have upholstery or convertible-top work done.

Raphael helped me so much to fix my low driver seat. I had some low back pain and it was bothering me for many years. Very down to earth gentleman. Now I can drive safely and comfortably around place. Thank you, sir! I highly recommend him if you have a classic car like mine.

I'm not too happy. I wanted my jetski seat cover re-wrapped. I could do it myself after getting the reputable cover but did not want any wrinkles or bindings, so I took it to a professional. I made sure to ask him if he was experienced with jetski wraps to make it look like the factory seat without the wrinkles and binding (they hard to put on right), and he said it would come out like the factory covering, layed flush. That's not what I recieved upon pick-up. The rear section appeared pulled too tight, so it bulged, the sitting area was loose and binding, and the protective plastic that were glues to the original seat were just stapled on, without being glued like factory, so they were on just flapping loosely. I don't know what went wrong based on the 5 star reviews but for my jet ski seats, it didn't go as planned. He presented excuses but as a customer, I really don't care about that since Seadoo did it right. The work kind of looks like an amateur did it. Also, get the price in writing, when I went to drop the stuff off, the price went up from the original quote. Update: After riding the ski with the re-wrap, since the wrap was put on so loose, the seat looks much worst. my

Rafael was super helpful. He took a look at my armrest with the leather cracking beyond measure and told me he can fix it ASAP. The next day picked up my armrest and it looked good as new! Super satisfied with NY Auto Upholstery. Will definitely come back in the future!!

Came in looking to replace my 2005 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible top, due to water leaking inside! The guys gave me a great price, and I absolutely looooove the way it turned out! They went above and beyond by fixing my headliner, and my door panel insert as well ! The customer service was impeccable, they were so so kind and generous! I am forever grateful! :)
